We want to do the very best job for each and every client. With that said, we are a business, not a non-profit. We charge fees and we don't do work for people that want us to investigate UFOs, Spiderman crawling up their wall, or government mind control. Yes, we routinely get those requests.

We offer three types of consultations

COMPLIMENTARY

We offer complimentary initial discovery consultations that will only take 10 minutes of your time. We will get a brief glimpse into the challenge you face and advise you on whether we need to have more time to talk or whether it is a straightforward task.

Free Consultation

PHONE $105

The best value for money is to pay our $105 telephone consultation and speak with Steve directly. During consultation, you will be afforded 30-45 minutes to discuss your concerns and allow Steve to formulate a plan to solve your matter.

$105 Consultation

OFFICE $500

Office consultations are $500. Our potential client will come to downtown Napa for consultation. During this consultation, you may bring documents, etc with you for our review. After consulting with us, we will email you a plan to help you with your matter.

Our firm looks forward to working with you. However, it is noteworthy to consider, that if you cannot afford to pay us either $105 for a phone consultation, or $500 for an in-person consultation, then you cannot afford to hire our firm. We want you to be informed, that hiring a private investigator is like hiring a lawyer or accountant - it is a professional service and as such, we have professional fees.

We commence our partnership with each client by offering a complimentary discovery consultation that only take 10 minutes of both our time. This initial session serves as an opportunity for us to gain insights into the challenges you're facing and the solutions you seek. Should both parties agree and your issue be straightforward, we can swiftly provide you with our recommended course of action. These complimentary consultations are ideally suited for tasks such as locating individuals or obtaining specific data.

However, should your situation entail complexities such as fraud, harassment, or other intricate matters, we'll transparently inform you and present the option to transition to our paid consultation service ($105). In this extended session, we'll provide comprehensive feedback and collaborate with you to develop a tailored strategy to address your specific needs.

Should you require an in-person meeting (9/10 clients do not need this) we charge $500 for this consultation and our clients come to our Napa, California office.

Quality and craftsmanship never begins with a sloppy start. It begins with an investment into a thoughtful approach. We would rather not have a client then to have an ill-informed client.
